Application procedure

Who needs to apply?

Everybody. Invited speakers and scientific comittee should also fill out the application form to provide us with the necessary details.

Poster or Short talk?

All the participants are encouraged to present a poster. The scientific committee will consider the contributions and will select some for a contributed talk instead of a poster.

How do I apply?

1. Go to Application/Apply (or click here: application page).
   1. If you do not already have an account, create one.
   2. If you already have an account, log in.
2. Follow the instructions. If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a poster, enter "NC" in the title field.
3. For non-invited applicants who wish to present a poster, go to Application/Submit (or click here: submission page) and submit your contribution.
   1. Choose "Poster (to be considered for a contributed talk)" if you want that your contribution is considered for a contributed talk.
   2. Choose "Poster" otherwise. The "Supplementary data" fields are not compulsory.

Of course, conference fees are not to be paid at this stage. The conferences fees will be due at the registration stage. For invited speakers the conference is free.

Registration procedure

The registration page will open after selection of the successful applicants.

Who has to register?

Everyboy, i.e. successful applicants, invited speakers and committee.

How much does it cost?

The conference fee is 800 EUR including full conference material, lunches, and accomodation. The dinners are not included. The conference fees are to be paid during the online registration phase.

Note: For invited speakers the conference is free.
